If you cancel a service before it begins, a full refund will be issued.
If the service has already been rendered in full, refunds are not applicable.
Partial refunds may be offered if the service was only partially completed and the issue remains unresolved.
Refunds are only issued:
Within 7 days of the original service date
When there’s clear failure to deliver promised service
When a payment error is identified (e.g., double charge)
Customized configurations
Software or licenses
On-site visits (if third-party contractors involved)
Email support@sanrisha.pro with your order/service ID and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
